The Big turning point for me was when I was 28 and the doctor told me that I was pre-diabetic. I needed to change and I needed people to hold me accountable. Call me out when I miss a workout. The Push and Pull that CrossFit has done for me and so many other people is amazing!
Motivation & Passion
My motivation for coaching is to help people that feel like they are stuck in a rut. They are constantly told they have to lose weight and exercise but there is no plan or help. They get a gym membership and show up and guess their way through the maze. I want people to know I have been obese and that I am sympathetic to their struggle. I want to help them take back their lives!
