I’m motivated! It’s one thing to lose the weight. It’s another thing to keep it off and keep at it because you don’t just see weight loss but your body changing. Also I’ve already bonded with so many other people at the gym that it makes classes so much easier to get through.

I started right after my girlfriend (now wife) and I got engaged. We had engagement photos taken, a few months later it was time to send out save the dates for our wedding. When I looked at the engagement photos I realized I just didn't look like that anymore. It was awesome!
